It’s official – the ‘CoFit-19: Quarantition’ teams have been chosen!

FIRST OPPORTUNITY FOR POINTS:

• For your FIRST OFFICIAL team points (5 per team!), you will have until 11am Central / 12pm EST Wednesday, April 15th to submit your OFFICIAL TEAM NAMES!  Get with your team members on the Facebook Group (if you haven’t joined or accepted your invitation to it yet, do that NOW: https://www.facebook.com/groups/785396078650741/). Choose 1 person on your team to be the designated team name submitter – and you will be submitting your team names on this form: https://forms.gle/KpbAk8j7dJmVDtux5 

WORKOUT ANNOUNCEMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS:

• The FIRST WORKOUT will be announced THIS THURSDAY, April 16th, at 7pm Central / 8pm EST on the ‘CoFit19: Quarantiton’ Facebook Group, along with movement standards and score sheets.  You will have until 7pm Central / 8pm EST every SUNDAY to submit your scores. In addition to workouts, there will be additional opportunities for EXTRA POINTS that you will need to work with your team to complete. 

CONNECT WITH YOUR TEAM:

• To make this the most fun, we recommend getting in touch with your teammates and figuring out times some of you can do the workouts together via Zoom / Google Hangouts, etc. – so you can cheer each other on and hold each other accountable!  Team Spirit is KEY here!! If there are any questions, don’t hesitate to post them on the Facebook Page!
