12 Days Until 12 Days- Day 2: 5 Minute Plank Challenge

The Rules / Info:

From December 7th until December 19th, we will be posting a mini-CrossFit (or Nevermore related) Challenge each day. The challenge will be posted on the blog 10PM the night before. You will have from 6AM until the new challenge posts at 10PM to complete and log the challenge as needed.

All challenges can be completed by our athletes in the gym or at home.

Each challenge will have a certain number of tickets you will be able to earn, for completing or winning the challenge!  Those tickets will go towards prizes you can enter for. The winner for the prizes will be announced Wednesday, December 23rd!

Prizes Include:

  • 3- 30 min. Personal Training Sessions with Steve
  • 3- 30 min Mobility Sessions for you and 2 friends with Kristin
  • A nutrition consultation & 1 month of Nutrition with KP
  • A 1 Hour Massage with Angie

DAY 2 CHALLENGE 

Today, to receive tickets – you will accumulate 5 mins of planking (any kind!) at the end of class, on your own, or at home.

Rules and How To Log:

  • Your 5 minutes DOES NOT have to be 5 minutes unbroken, but keep the clock running!
  • You MUST have a gym partner for accountability (over Zoom, over the phone, in the gym, in person, on your own time, etc.) – you can choose whoever and however!
  • When you’re done, log how long it took you to complete the 5 minutes in the “Plank Challenge” log on Chalk It Pro for the day and MAKE SURE YOU MAKE A NOTE ABOUT WHO YOUR ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER WAS!

WAYS TO EARN TICKETS FOR DAY TWO:

    • YOU MUST enter a plank time score with your accountability partner’s name to get 1 TICKET!
        • OPTIONAL FOR DAY 2:
          • If you post a video to the Nevermore Facebook Community page, or email one / share one on Google Drive to kristin@nevermorecrossfit.com, you’ll get 1 EXTRA TICKET !
          • Everyone who posts a video to their public facebook page with the hashtag #12DaysofNevermore and tags @NevermoreCrossFit or on Instagram and tags @Nevermore_Wellness earns 2 EXTRA TICKETS!
